The 13-year old in the hospital is still in critical condition. Family members will only say their loved one shows some signs of response. the fight has many parents who send their children to O'Callaghan middle school upset.

Many parents approached on Friday say the school district acted slowly in notifying them what happened. On Thursday, Clark County school officials released a letter to parents explaining what happened.

It also mentioned counselors are available for students.

Metro police still is not commenting on the case and the lack of information also has parents angry.
