Food producers recall their products from the marketplace when the products are mislabeled or when the food may present a health hazard to consumers because the food is contaminated or has caused a food-borne illness outbreak.

Recalls, Market Withdrawals & Safety Alerts makes available all recent recall information by product area, including food, drugs, biological products, devices, and cosmetics.

Dietary supplement recalls are found under the "Drugs" tab of the "Recently Posted Recalls" table.

FoodSafety.gov2 provides food safety and food recall information from both FDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which regulates most meat and poultry.

The Kraft Heinz Company is voluntarily recalling select code dates and manufacturing codes of Kraft Singles individually-wrapped slices due to the possibility that a thin strip of the individual packaging film may remain adhered to the slice after the wrapper has been removed.

Fisher brand chopped walnuts packaged in 10 ounce plastic bags is being voluntarily recalled because some of these products may be contaminated with Salmonella.

The Kroger Co. said it is recalling Kroger Ground Cinnamon, Kroger Garlic Powder, Kroger Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Kroger Bac'n Buds sold in its retail stores, including Smith's in Las Vegas, due to possible contamination from Salmonella.

Aspen Foods, A Division of Koch Poultry Company, a Chicago, Ill. establishment, is recalling approximately 1,978,680 pounds of frozen, raw, stuffed and breaded chicken product that may be contaminated with Salmonella.

Stella & Chewy's is voluntarily recalling some of its products due to concerns of a possible presence of Listeria Monocytogenes.

Barber Foods, a Portland, Maine establishment, is recalling approximately 1,707,494 pounds of frozen, raw stuffed chicken products that may be contaminated with Salmonella

Whole Foods Market is voluntarily recalling packaged raw macadamia nuts due to possible Salmonella contamination.

Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets Inc is recalling additional lots of Natural Grocers brand Macadamia Nuts as the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
