LAS VEGAS (KSNV MYNews3) -- A motorcyclist is in critical condition after rear-ending a SUV at South Decatur Boulevard and West Tropicana Avenue just before 9 a.m. Sunday. Police say the motorcyclist was driving under the influence.

According to Metro, a 1998 Honda CR-V was stopped for a red traffic signal on northbound Decatur. When the light turned green the CR-V started to move when it was hit in the read end by a 2004 Honda RC51 driven by Ross Graham, 36, of Las Vegas.

Graham was thrown to the roadway and the Honda CR‐V stopped. The cyclist was transported to UMC Trauma with critical injuries and the operator of the Honda CR-V, 42-year-old Said Ryadi of Las Vegas, remained at the scene.

The collision remains under investigation by Metro's Accident Investigation Section.
