LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- A 57-year-old Las Vegas woman was killed Friday night when she was hit by a Cadillac while trying to cross Pecos Road at Lake Mead Boulevard.

Metro said the unidentified woman was outside of a crosswalk as she attempted to cross Pecos about 11 p.m. when she was hit by a 1993 Cadillac Deville northbound on Pecos driven by 44-year-old Manuel Rocha-Flores of Las Vegas.

The accident was the 75th traffic-related fatality in Metro's jurisdiction this year.

The woman will be identified by the Clark County coroner's office once relatives have been notified.
