LAS VEGAS (Brian Nordli/Las Vegas Sun) -- The man suspected of shooting and killing one person and injuring two others last week at a Las Vegas Strip nightclub arrived Sunday at Clark County Detention Center after recovering from a head injury.

Benjamin Frazier, 41, had been booked in absentia on Oct. 21 while he recovered at University Medical Center. Frazier is charged with one count of murder with use of a deadly weapon, two counts of attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon and one count of carrying a concealed firearm or other deadly weapon.

Frazier allegedly shot two security guards and a club patron after a dispute over a $30 cover charge to the Drai's after-hours club inside Bally's, according to a Metro Police arrest report. The patron, identified as Kenneth Brown, was pronounced dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to the neck and chest.

Frazier suffered the head injury when Brown and security guards attempted to subdue him.

Frazier is due in court on Wednesday. He is incarcerated without bail, according to jail records.
