Final day to apply for Marijuana business license in Clark County

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- There is just one more day left for prospective medical marijuana business owners for to submit their applications to Clark County.

Entrepreneurs waited in line to turn in medical marijuana dispensary applications to Clark County.

Attorney Amanda Connors is submitting several applications on behalf of multiple local clients.

She has a total of 60 binders with lists of partners, financial information and background checks. Some applicants came from out of state to cash in on what's known as the gold rush of medical marijuana in Nevada.

Commissioner Steve Sisolak says the county is putting its reputation on the line.
