President, divided Congress set for State of the Union

WASHINGTON — President Obama faces a divided Congress tonight to deliver the State of the Union Address.

This is the seventh straight poll where President's job approval rating is in the tank - underwater - as he lays out his agenda for the next year.

The White House is reaching out online encouraging people to interact during the State of the Union and promoting an all-day Q-and-A on Wednesday.

Officials say the president will urge Congress to fix immigration and raise the minimum wage, but he'll focus on what he can do without Congress.
