Cars crash at spot of candlelight vigil for teen killed by auto

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- A juvenile was extricated from one of the vehicles involved in a multiple-auto accident on Blue Diamond and Cimarron where people were gathering for a candleight vigil.

The major accident team is being called out so intersection will be shut down for hours, according to NHP Trooper Loy Hixson.

People and reporters gathered for the vigil for Helen Liu, the 14-year-old killed at the intersection on Saturday night. Several other have been transported to a nearby hospital.
