Clark County grand jury indicts suspect in several burglaries

LAS VEGAS (KSNV – A Clark County grand jury this morning indicted a man on several counts of burglary, robbery and grand larceny.

Caliente Greene, 39, faces six counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon; five counts each of conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon; three counts of grand larceny; and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Bail was set at $445,000 by Judge Linda Ball. Greene’s next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. April 15.

Also indicted today was Daniel Jay McLeroy on one count of battery constituting domestic violence/strangulation. Prosecutors say McLeroy had seven prior felonies related to domestic violence. He faces a $120,000 bond.
