LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) --
A Clark County grand jury indicted three people today, one woman on driving under the influence charges and two men on drug trafficking charges.
Kathleen Jean Frary was called "an extreme danger to the community" by a deputy district attorney during today's proceedings.
The prosecutor said Frary had been in an extensive rehabilitation program covering three years, and once released went only eight days before becoming involved in a DUI accident.
The bail for Frary was set at $300,000. No return court date was set. Her lawyer is Roy Nelson.
Two men indicted on drug charges are Jose Angulo-Reyes and Benjamin Cuir Leyva-Valenzuela.
Bail for Reyes was raise to $150,000. He is already in the Clark County Detention Center on other charges with a bail amount of $85,000. He is also facing some federal charges as well.
Valenzuela's bail was set at $100,000.
Prosecutors said he brough in 51 pounds of meth into Clark County and has limited ties to the community.
