LAS VEGAS (NBC News) -- Las Vegas police have identified the couple who carried out Sunday's deadly shooting that left two police officers and a Walmart customer dead.
Investigators say Jerad and Amanda Miller told neighbors they hoped to overthrow the government and kill police prior to the attack.
Kelly Fielder lived next door to the couple, who'd moved to Las Vegas from Indiana in February.
She saw them leave home early Sunday morning, prior to the shooting.
"He said that he had to do what he had to do, and that a revolution has just begun," Fielder recalled.
Fielder said they were carrying at least five weapons, something they had done before.
"They said they used it for protection because they were going underground," she said.
