Man wanted for attempted bank robbery

LAS VEGAS -- Metro police are searching for a man wanted for attempting to rob a bank near Paradise Road and Twain Avenue.

The suspect entered the bank on July 16 at 1:20 p.m. and approached the teller demanding money. A bank manager approached the bank teller to assist. Upon seeing the manager, the suspect left the bank without taking anything.

The suspect is described as a white adult male in his 40s, standing 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighing between 150 to 160 pounds. He had a full beard and was last seen wearing a blue suit with a blue button up shirt.
