LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- For the second time in a week, there is breaking news about a police mystery surrounding a prominent Las Vegas judge.

Goodman, the son of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman, was taken away from a Summerlin park in an ambulance on Dec. 15 when he was found unconscious. News 3 has obtained the police report from that day.

The report offers no clear information that Eric Goodman was attacked, but we now know a local doctor found Goodman.

R. Larry Newman, a local urologist, says he was walking his dog at South Tower Park when he went to the bathroom and found Goodman passed out on the ground.

He says Goodman had blood on his ear and vomit on his clothes.

Newman said his first thought was Goodman got sick in the bathroom and fell and hit his head on something.
He says he tried to talk to Goodman, but couldn't carry on a conversation.

Goodman doesn't remember what happened and there are no cameras outside the restroom.

Earlier this week on Ralston Reports, Jon Ralston asked Mayor Carolyn Goodman if she thought her son was attacked.

She told Ralston she had no idea what happened to her son, but she is very happy that he is recovering.

“I think the thing with our son, until he remembers something, we will never know, and it's beyond, that's something, I’ve gotten to the point, I really don’t care about. If I find out somebody had been involved with it, there would be a different take on it,” she said.

Mayor Goodman says we may never know what happened to her son.

There is some information missing from the police report.

Metro redacted the sentence about Goodman's condition and information about officers found inside the bathroom.
