SEATTLE -- We're learning more about the arsenal and possible intentions of a man who was arrested on the university of Washington campus with a stolen-truck full of weapons.
Henderson resident Justin Miles Jasper is accused of stealing a truck, and a laundry list of weapons including a long rifle with a scope, a shotgun, 6 Molotov cocktails, three knives, a machete, and military grade body armor
"I have to find that there is a serious threat for the safety of the community. Having an assembled Molitov  cocktail appears to communicate to this court an eminent threat."
Jasper was also reportedly in possession of anti-government literature, and detailed maps of the University of Washington, South Seattle Community College, and Seattle University
Investigators even discovered a podcast calling for revolution.
Police say the truck and guns were stolen from a man Jasper knew in Butte, but jasper had been living in Las Vegas and has no previous criminal record.
Five days ago Jasper posted a video with no sound showing him burning a five dollar bill with a smile on his face.
