LAS VEGAS -- Two Metro policer officers were ambushed and killed while eating lunch at a Las Vegas pizza restaurant Sunday.

The Metro Dispatch Center received multiple calls Sunday at approximately 11:22 a.m. of two officers who had been shot inside of a restaurant located in the 300 block of North Nellis Boulevard.

The officers were inside of the restaurant having lunch when they were ambushed by two armed suspects. The suspects were described as one male and one female.
