LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) - Charges have been filed against the woman accused hitting and killing a man riding his bicycle.

Kelly Harney faces DUI charges after she failed a field sobriety test following the crash on July 25.

Metro says Cesar Augusto Flores, 41, was riding his bike along Las Vegas Boulevard near the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa when he was hit by a car driven by Harney.

Flores later died at a nearby hospital.

According to the arrest report, Harney first told police her car swerved because of a gust of wind.
