LAS VEGAS (KSNV – News 3 has obtained surveillance video from inside the pet store at the center of an arson investigation, and the footage is shocking.

The video shows one suspect pouring gasoline around the dog cages inside the Prince & Princess Puppy Boutique on South Rainbow; it shows the other suspect collecting files from the business before exiting.

The fire was started with 27 puppies caged inside, but sprinklers and quick action by Clark County firefighters saved the animals.

Gloria Lee, 35, and Kirk Bills, 27, each face counts of first-degree arson; conspiracy to commit first-degree arson; conspiracy to commit burglary; and 27 counts of attempt cruelty to animals. Bail is set at $310,000 for each defendant.

Both are expected back in court Wednesday morning at the Regional Justice Center.
