HENDERSON (KSNV — A DMV supervisor accused of having a sexual relationship with his daughter's teenage friend was scheduled to appear in court this morning.

Lawyers for Timothy Bayouth, 38, say they were not ready to proceed, so the judge delayed the hearing until next week.

According to the arrest report, Bayouth and a then-15-year-old girl carried on a secret affair between January and August of last year.

The report says Bayouth had sex with the girl seven times before she saw him with another woman and revealed the relationship. Bayouth faces 11 statutory sexual assault and three open and gross lewdness charges.
