LAS VEGAS (KSNV — Members of embattled rancher Cliven Bundy’s family filed criminal complaints this morning at Metro headquarters against the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

“Myself personally, they threatened us by gunpoint; they tased me multiple times. They sicced a dog on my sister, who is 4 months pregnant. That is the beginning of it,” said Ammon Bundy, Cliven’s son.

“We not only have to inform the sheriff's office of what happened, and it is his duty to investigate these crimes and prosecute them and bring these people to justice.”

The family has said it's asking Metro Sheriff Doug Gillespie to investigate the BLM’s tactics, especially on April 12 when the agency stopped its roundup and returned the confiscated cattle.

On Thursday night in Bunkerville, the majority of those who spoke at a Town Hall meeting were in support of Bundy.

The confrontation stems from Bundy’s refusal to pay federal grazing fees and the BLM’s attempt to take Bundy's cattle beginning on April 5.
