LAS VEGAS (KSNV -- A career criminal will face even more charges for stealing from a local home improvement store and trying to pawn off the tools.

A Clark County Grand Jury indicted Timothy Cuffe, 47, on Friday on a multitude of charges. Cuffe can be described as a career thief with a record dating to 1997.

Cuffe was already facing another indictment with two other men on charges of arson and possession of bomb making material.

On his latest case, Cuffe is accused of busting into at least two different Lowe's stores and stealing some valuable tools.

Cuffe, according to the arrest report, would then head to different pawn shops in town to make a quick buck. Many of the tools he sold were unopened and unused.

What he was making for the stolen good was pennies on the dollar. During one transaction, Cuffe brought in tools appraised at more than $2,000. But his total take from the pawn shop was about $165.

Police were able to track him down using a monitoring system in place at pawn shops.

Cuffe is scheduled to return to court next week.
