LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A Clark County grand jury this morning indicted a man who was shot by Metro officers Aug. 11 during a domestic disturbance.
Kyle Kuhn, 31, is facing three counts of assault of a protected person with use of a deadly weapon; and one count each of resisting a police officer with a weapon and battery domestic violence in connection to the disturbance at a residence in the 7600 block of Calico Fields Street, near Oso Blanca and Farm roads.
Bail was set at $100,000.
Also indicted today were:
DeAndre Allen, 27, on two counts each of aggravated stalking; stalking with use of a computer; and publishing matter inciting breach of peace or other crime; and one count of intimidating a public officer. Bail was set at $500,000, and his next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 4.
John Michael Dunn, 50, on 47 counts of possessing personal identifying information; 29 counts of forgery of credit or debit card; two counts of unlawful possession of scanning device or re-encoder; and one count of establishing or possessing a financial forgery laboratory. His bail was set at $680,000. He returns to court at 9 a.m. Sept. 4.
Matthew William Cartwright, on one count of luring or attempt to lure a person believed to be a child. Prosecutors say Cartwright placed a Craigslist ad. A detective monitoring the website posed as a 14-year-old girl and responded. Police say Cartwright used very graphic language and sent a photo of his genitals.
Bryanna Warren, 23, Trinity Kennard, 23, and Charmella Triggs, on two counts of robbery; and one count each of conspiracy to commit larceny; and grand larceny. Bail was set at $40,000 for each defendant. They are set to return to court at 8 a.m. Sept. 3.
Anthony McCall, on two counts of sale of a controlled substance.
