Separate accidents sends three to UMC Trauma

LAS VEGAS (KSNV – A pair of accidents in the Las Vegas valley have sent three people to UMC Trauma this afternoon.

According to Metro Officer Larry Hadfield, one collision occurred around 1 p.m. on the 4500 block of East Bonanza Road, east of Lamb Boulevard. The vehicles ended up in a Walgreens parking lot.

Two people were transported to UMC Trauma.

The second accident occurred just after 1:20 p.m. in the intersection of Losee Road and Carey Avenue. Nevada Las Vegas Police Officer Aaron Patty said the collision was between a pickup truck and four-door vehicle. One person was transported to UMC Trauma in critical condition.

Southbound Losee is shut down at Carey as the investigation continues.
