Suspects sought in series of southwest Vegas robberies

LAS VEGAS (KSNV – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is searching for two men suspected in a string of robberies March 12 in southwest Las Vegas.

According to a Metro news release, the suspects approached business employees and demanded money at gunpoint. Once receiving money, the suspects fled.

One suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds. He was carrying a handgun and was last seen wearing a dark sweatshirt.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 6-0 and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a plaid sweatshirt and a scarf around his mouth and nose.
