Detectives seek suspect, woman in sexual assault case

LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sexual Assault Section is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male suspect and a female person of interest in a recent sexual assault.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. March 21 within the resort corridor on Las Vegas Boulevard.

The victim was able to free herself from the attacker after a struggle.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6-foot-1 and weighing 200 pounds with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a purple, long-sleeve shirt, black pants and black shoes.

The person of interest is described as a white female in her late 20s. She has long dark hair and was last seen wearing a white blouse, black pants and light-colored shoes.
