LAS VEGAS (KSNV -- As O.J. Simpson continues his week long quest to overturn his 2008 robbery conviction, his victim at the center of that trial says he has moved past that part of his life.

Bruce Fromong said he dropped off Mike Gilbert on Tuesday outside the Regional Justice Center. Gilbert had testified in the afternoon.

“Mike threw me under the bus today,” Fromong said. ”O.J. is going to throw Mike under the bus tomorrow.”

Fromong testified against Simpson during the 2008 trial, telling the court the former pro football player stole from him.

“I guess you try every angle you can when you're in prison,” Fromong said. “I’d want to get out, too.”

Years later, Fromong says he's not paying much attention to Simpson's evidentiary hearing.

“I forgave O.J. a long time ago,” he said. “Now it's up to the judicial system. I have no hard feelings against O.J. We were friends for a long time before this, and we'll be friends for a long time after.”

Fromong says he's moved on as Simpson's defense team tries to convince the judge to give Simpson another chance.

Simpson's defense team claims his former lead attorney, Yale Galanter, gave him bad legal advice and had conflicted interests.

Former Clark County District Attorney David Roger also testified Tuesday.

Simpson will take the stand on Wednesday.
