LAS VEGAS (KSNV – The teenager accused of shooting and killing his older brother after a dispute appeared in court this morning.

Turner Bronson, 15, had a public defender appointed and is being held without bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for June 23. There were no family members in court.

Turner Bronson faces a charge of murder with a deadly weapon in the death of Clayton Bronson, 18, who was days away from graduation from Sierra Vista High School. Clayton was shot in the stomach and side of the head May 22 at their home on Arcadia Bluff Court, near Buffalo and Robindale.

Their mother told police the brothers had been arguing for several months, with Clayton constantly telling Turner to get his life together.
