Police ask for help identifying robbery suspect

NORTH LAS VEGAS -- Detectives are seeking public assistance identifying a man involved in a North Las Vegas convenience store robbery.

Officers responded to a robbery on Oct. 27 at around 5:19 a.m. in the 4300 block of West Craig Road.

Witnesses reported a man entered the convenience store, picked up a piece of merchandise and proceeded to the counter.

The man paid for his merchandise and when the clerk opened the cash register, the suspect pushed the clerk back and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The man fled on foot. The suspect is described as a white man, about 6-foot tall, weighing around 180 pounds with some facial hair.
