Clark County grand jury indicts officer accused of harassment

LAS VEGAS (KSNV – A Clark County grand jury this morning indicted a Metro officer accused of abusing his power and harassing women he encountered in the line of duty.

Solomon Coleman, 28, faces two counts each of open or gross lewdness and oppression under color of office; and one count each of capturing an image of the private area of another person; and indecent exposure. All six counts are gross misdemeanors.

His next court appearance is set for Dec. 27.

Also indicted today were:

Nicholas Myers, 32, on two counts each of robbery; grand larceny auto; and possession of a stolen vehicle; and one count each of robbery, attempted robbery and battery. His bail was set at $500,000.

Herbert Lee Johnson, 21, on murder, attempted murder and discharging a firearm at or into a vehicle. He has been held without bail and was indicted in October on another matter.
