LAS VEGAS (KSNV – A Clark County grand jury has indicted two brothers in connection to a home invasion and armed robbery in June.

Raymundo Alarcon, 32, and Dominic Alarcon, 17, face charges of first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon; robbery with use of a deadly weapon; burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon; and conspiracy to commit robbery.

According to the indictment, the victim was sleeping in his home in the 8300 block of Broad Peak Drive, near Silverstone Golf Club, when the suspects entered just after 12:30 a.m. June 7. The suspects then ransacked the home and put a gun to the head of the victim. Several items were taken from the residence.

The victim was able to get to a neighbor’s home and said he saw the suspects take off in a U-Haul vehicle. Police were able to locate the vehicle and pull over the driver.

The victim identified Raymundo Alarcon in a lineup, calling him a former friend. Police say Alarcon has five past felonies on his record.

Judge Nancy Becker set bail at $250,000 each for Raymundo and Dominic Alarcon. They are scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. July 30.

Also Friday, the grand jury indicted Sergio Davila Haro on eight drug-related counts, including two that were done in the presence of a child. He is scheduled to be in court at 8 a.m. Aug. 1.
