LAS VEGAS (Las Vegas Sun) -- A vehicle caught fire inside the service garage at the Findlay Chevrolet dealership near the 215 Beltway and Rainbow Boulevard today.

However, the blaze was put out before it spread, Clark County Fire Department officials said.
Nobody was injured.

Deputy Chief Fernandez Leary said the fire erupted shortly after 4 p.m. at the dealership at 6800 S. Torrey Pines Drive.

It was initially reported as a two-alarm fire because of the heavy smoke it created, but it was quickly extinguished before it spread beyond the vehicle where it started, Leary said.
